Grappling Dummy
The Zebra Grappling Dummy is great for Judo, BJJ, MMA or submission grappling. Great for practicing takedowns, entries, throws, arm-locks, transitions to side control, knee rides, north south as well as a host of other moves. The Zebra Grappling Dummy is available in the following weights: 70lbs, 100lbs, and 120lbs, and features two distinct legs for realistic takedowns and sweeps. We also carry a Junior Grappling Dummy for the kids to use that is 55lbs.
